ICAIABA’ 2026 – Submission Guidelines

1. Scope of Submissions

The conference invites original, unpublished research papers on AI applications in Business Administration, particularly in the MENA region. Topics include, but are not limited to:

• AI in strategic management, marketing, HRM, production, and operations
• Logistics, supply chain optimization, and digital transformation
• Entrepreneurial applications and challenges of AI adoption
• Conceptual, empirical, methodological, and case-based studies

2. Language and Originality

• Papers must be written in English.
• Only original and unpublished works are accepted.
• No simultaneous submissions to other venues.
• Overlapping or plagiarized papers are rejected without review.

3. Paper Formatting Requirements

• Format: PDF
• Template: Springer MS-Word or LaTeX template (links below)
• Length: Maximum 10 pages (including references)
• Page Size: A4
• Formatting compliance is mandatory

4. Paper Structure

The manuscript must include:

• Title: Clear, concise, 14 pt bold (Times New Roman)
• Authors & Affiliation
• Abstract (150–250 words, no citations)
• Keywords: 4–6 keywords
• Introduction
• Literature Review / Conceptual Background
• Methodology
• Analysis, Results & Discussion
• Conclusion & Recommendations
• References (Springer style)

All papers must be submitted electronically via the official submission system:

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings issued by Atlantis Press (Springer-Nature). Inclusion requires:

• Successful peer review
• Formatting compliance
• Payment of conference fees
• Presentation during the conference

7. Important Notes

• Papers exceeding 10 pages will be rejected.
• Multiple submissions by the same authors are not allowed unless submitted as distinct contributions.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work at the conference.
